At The Integrative Counsellor, healing goes beyond talk therapy. I believe that our emotions and experiences live not only in the mind but also in the body, shaping how we feel, respond, and move through life.

I support individuals (16+) through personalized therapy that blends evidence-based practices like CBT with holistic approaches such as somatic therapy, mindfulness, yoga, and body awareness.

 

Through a compassionate, whole-person assessment, we’ll explore the connections between your mind, body, and life experiences. Together, we’ll create a therapy plan that fosters healing, builds resilience, and supports meaningful change. This is a safe space to reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and move forward, balanced, grounded, and empowered. You don’t have to walk this path alone.

In a world that’s constantly moving, mindfulness invites us to slow down, breathe, and come home to ourselves. This therapeutic service offers a gentle space to cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and reconnect with the present moment through guided mindfulness practices.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic pain, or simply seeking more calm and clarity in your life, mindfulness meditation can be a powerful tool for grounding the mind, softening the body, and opening the heart.

Together, we’ll explore a range of mindfulness techniques, from breathwork and body scans to visualizations and moment-to-moment awareness, all designed to support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and overall well-being.

No previous experience is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Mindfulness Meditation sessions are offered as a stand-alone service or can be integrated into your ongoing therapeutic work with me.
